As a wife, mom, business owner, and therapist, I’ve spent the last 15 years helping people break free from pain and reclaim their lives. Through my work as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Functional Neuromuscular Therapist, Fasciologist, and Pain Coach, I’ve seen firsthand how pain—both physical and emotional—can hold people back from living the life they deserve.
But what I’ve also learned is that pain is rarely just about the body. It’s often tied to deeper layers—emotions, experiences, and patterns stored in the fascia. This realization changed the way I approach healing and has allowed me to help my clients achieve transformations they never thought possible.

2012, I Began Unlocking The Secrets Of Pain...Â
What I’ve learned is that fascia doesn’t just impact our movement; it can also store the weight of significant moments in our lives, or even emotions and experiences we’ve buried deep within ourselves. When pain is held in the fascia, it can keep us tethered to old patterns, making it difficult to move forward.
This approach has allowed my clients to unravel the layers of pain, address its true root causes, and experience transformations they never thought possible.

Early in my career, I noticed something remarkable: many of my clients weren’t just dealing with physical pain—they were carrying emotional weight and unresolved experiences that were deeply connected to their discomfort.

This question sparked a journey of discovery. I dove into the science of fascia, the mind-body connection, and the ways our bodies store emotions and experiences. I realized that true healing requires addressing not just the symptoms, but the root causes of pain—both physical and emotional.

This shift in perspective changed everything. I began integrating techniques that not only release physical tension but also help clients process and let go of the emotional and subconscious patterns stored in their bodies.
The results were incredible. Clients who had been stuck in cycles of chronic pain for years began to experience relief—not just in their bodies, but in their lives. They felt lighter, freer, and more empowered.
Seeing these transformations inspired me to take my practice to the next level.
